Milk chocolate fudge cake filled with a coconut cream filling, milk chocolate ganache, coconut and toasted almonds.

Milk chocolate fudge cake filled with creamy chocolate ganache, caramel buttercream, ganache drizzle and pecans.
*Strawberry Cheesecake
White almond sour cream cake, filled with strawberries and a cheesecake buttercream. (these can also be done is raspberry!)
*Stuffed Oreo
White almond sour cream cake stuffed with Oreo pieces baked right in and filled with cookies and cream buttercream.
*Café Latte
Milk chocolate fudge cake layered with chocolate espresso ganache and French vanilla cappuccino buttercream.
*Cordial Cherry
Milk chocolate fudge cake filled with sweet cherries, cherry buttercream and chocolate ganache.
*Grasshopper
Milk chocolate fudge cake layered with creamy ganache, crème de menthe buttercream, peppermint crunchies and Andes mints.
*Peanut Butter Cup
Milk chocolate fudge cake piled high with chocolate ganache, creamy peanut butter buttercream and Reese's Peanut Butter Cups.
*S'mores
Graham cracker cake filled with milk chocolate ganache, marshmallow buttercream, Hershey chocolate pieces and mini marshmallows.
*Raspberry Lemonade
Layers of moist lemon cake, raspberry and lemon filling, and a tart lemon zest buttercream.
*Piña Colada
My signature white almond sour cream cake filled with pineapple and coconut, Malibu rum buttercream, maraschino cherries and more coconut. (Could also be made non-alcoholic)
*Lime Coconut
Key lime and coconut cake made with tart limes and coconut, stuffed with a creamy coconut filling and Key lime zest buttercream, more coconut, and a light sprinkling of lime zest.
